Cancellation Policy
When concluding a distance selling transaction, consumers generally have a statutory right of cancellation, which we inform about in the following in accordance with the statutory model.
Right of cancellation
You have the right to cancel this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The cancellation period is fourteen days from the date of conclusion of the contract.

You can use the enclosed sample cancellation form for this purpose, but it is not mandatory.
In order to comply with the cancellation period, it is sufficient that you send the notification of the exercise of the right of cancellation before the expiry of the cancellation period.
Consequences of cancellation
If you cancel this contract, we must refund all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting if you have chosen a type of delivery other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), without delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received notification of your cancellation of this contract. For this refund, we will use the same payment method that you have used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed something else; in no case you will be charged any fees due to this refund. If you have requested that the service should begin during the cancellation period, you must pay us a reasonable amount corresponding to the proportion of the services already provided up to the point in time at which you notify us of your right of cancellation with regard to this contract, compared to the total scope of the services provided for in the contract.

Additional instruction
The right of cancellation also expires in the case of a contract for the supply of services if we have provided the service in full and had only begun to perform the service after you had given us your consent and simultaneously confirmed your knowledge that you would lose your right of cancellation upon complete fulfillment of the contract by us.
