Generally, the stock is managed automatically. However, it may happen that this differs due to incorrect configuration or errors within the order process. If you have activated the automatic synchronization, you only have to wait until it has run through. This happens several times an hour. If you don’t want to wait, you can also synchronize them manually. To do this, open the product for which you are selling licenses from stock and go to Inventory on the left.
In the overview, you will now find a button with which you can synchronize the stock with the licenses in the stock:
Your stock should now be correct.
