Overview
To help you manage your license activations, we have provided you a table that will help you with this. You can find this table at Enwikuna License Manager > Licenses > Activations. Within the table there are several functions available, which we would like to explain in the next sections.
The license activations table has several columns, each of which contains the details of the licenses. The following columns are available:

| Type | This column shows the type of a license activation. |
| License key | This column contains the license key of the associated license. |
| Label | This column contains the label of a license activation. This can be a device name such as: Martin’s MacBook Pro. |
| Host (Pro) | This column contains the host for which a license activation was created. |
| Created | This column shows when and by whom a license activation was created. |
| Updated | This column shows when and by whom a license activation was last updated. |
Filter, Search & Sort
In order to make the administration of the license activations as simple as possible for you, we have built in various functions:
Filter
You will find a selection of filters above the table at the right of the bulk actions, which can help you to filter license activations according to corresponding filter criteria.
Search
If you want to find an explicit license activation inside the table, you can also use the search. Just enter the license key and start the search by pressing the button. You will now see exactly all license activations of a license (if they exist).
Sort
In addition to the filters, it is possible to sort the entries within the table. To do so, click on the blue highlighted headings of the columns. You can sort either ascending or descending.
License activation actions
Each license activation within the table has actions that allow you to modify the license activation. To do this, move the mouse over a license activation entry inside the table. You will notice that an additional section becomes visible under the license key. Here you will find various information and entries:
ID
Probably the most important information is the ID that the license activation has. Under this ID, the license activation is stored within the database. An ID is always unique and can never exist twice.
View / Edit
The first and most important action is to view or edit a license activation. Click on the action to go to the view or edit page of a license activation. You can read how to edit an existing license activation below.
Delete
You can delete the license activation using the Delete action.
Add a new license activation
If you want to add a new license activation, you can do it easily. To do this, click the Add button under Enwikuna License Manager > Licenses > Activations.
A page will then open where you can define some settings:
License
Define here the license for which the activation should be done.
Type
Select here the type of a license activation. By default, an online license activation will be created. If you create an offline one, the customer can download an offline license activation file directly from the customer account (if activated inside the settings).
Label
Define here an optional label for the license activation, e.g. Martin’s MacBook Pro.
Host (Pro)
Define here the host which should be bound to the license activation.
Finally, save the license activation by clicking the corresponding button.
View / edit an existing license activation
If you want to view or edit an existing license activation, you can do this easily. To do this, move the mouse over a license activation entry in the table and then click View / Edit.
A page will then open where you can view and edit the settings of a license activation:
ID
The ID under which the license activation was stored within the database.
License
The license of the license activation. This cannot be changed once it has been created.
Type
Select here the type of a license activation. By default, an online license activation will be created. If you create an offline one, the customer can download an offline license activation file directly from the customer account (if activated inside the settings).
Label
Define here an optional label for the license activation, e.g. Martin’s MacBook Pro.
Host (Pro)
Enter the host for which the license activation is to be created here.
Save the license activation afterwards via the corresponding button, if you have made changes.
Delete an existing license activation
If you want to delete an existing license activation, you can do this in three ways. Either via the bulk actions (we describe this procedure below), in the license activation itself, or via the Delete license activation action. To do this, move the mouse over a license activation entry in the table and then click Delete.
Bulk actions
In order to manage multiple license activations, we have provided some bulk actions. You can find them at the beginning and at the end of the table. Mark all entries which you want to address via a bulk action.
The following bulk actions are available:
Delete
Select the bulk action Delete if you want to delete all selected entries.
Finally, confirm the execution of the bulk action by clicking the corresponding button.
